Experienced Electronics Engineer in R&D

For our Headquarter in Hillerød, we are seeking a lead electronics engineer who thrives on collaborative teamwork to join our ambitious group of developers in FOSS R&D. In this role, you'll contribute to building the groundwork for cutting-edge instruments, from initial technology concepts to final solutions. We work in teams consisting of highly skilled and motivated colleagues in multidisciplinary projects. The job
As an Electronics Developer within our Electronics Hardware Platform team, you'll have the chance to engage with every facet of electronic development. Alongside your new colleagues, you'll take on the responsibility of closely collaborating with other electronics engineers and embedded software engineers to develop the electronics, immersing yourself deeply in the design process. Our instruments require a very broad spectrum of applied technologies, so you will work with state of the art technologies in a strong team working after agile principles.

You will have a pivotal role in advancing our newest electronics hardware platform, concentrating on design considerations that encompass design requirements, comprehensive testing among other factors. The candidate
You have a strong affinity for electronics product development, particularly in close collaboration with embedded software. You excel in transitioning seamlessly from conceptualization to implementation. At the same time, you have a strong mindset to take responsibility and leadership within your activities.
Furthermore, you understand the essential design factors necessary to ensure the effective performance of complex electromechanical products concerning EMC & EMI. Additionally, you have the ability to articulate both the theoretical concepts and practical solutions clearly and comprehensively.
As an individual, you possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, ambition, and excel as a team player. You maintain a positive attitude even under challenging circumstances and tight deadlines. Additionally, you must align with our values and share our passion for technological development at a high and demanding level.

Qualifications
You hold a degree in electronics engineering and must be fluent in English and Danish.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years of working experience in most of the following areas:

  • Electronics development, pcb stackup, signal integrity
  • Schematic design. (We use Orcad/Cadence)
  • Correct EMC design
  • Planning, coordination, and communication
  • Continuous design and review
