The job
As a member of the New Product Introduction (NPI) team within the Production and Supply Chain (P&SC) department, you'll represent P&SC in strategic product development projects. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing manufacturing, quality control, warehouse, logistics, and sourcing & purchasing to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality outcomes.

Primary tasks
The New Product Introduction team is responsible for delivering well-established and robust assembly production processes to ensure successful product introduction and launches and this forms the largest part within your responsibility. • Maintain project oversight, set team direction, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes
  • Develop transparent project plans and communicate these effectively to stakeholders
  • Improve NPI project management processes to succeed in current and future projects
  • Lead and participate in NPI, P&SC and cross-functional activities to improve ways of working, systems, tools and products

Qualifications
We imagine you bring the following qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience working with project management in cross-functional projects, preferably related to production or development activities
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to navigate elegantly between pragmatism, idealism, diplomacy and persistency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English as this is our corporate language
  • Strong understanding of LEAN principles is an advantage

We are looking for candidates who are strong team players and set ambitious goals and inspire their colleagues to achieve them. You thrive in a technical environment and enjoy working periodically under time- and organizational pressure.

We offer
Reporting to the Director of Production Support, you will be part of a strong team of highly skilled and very engaged colleagues.

As Project Manager in NPI you will be directly involved in both technical and process related projects with the opportunity to influence the position along the way, and with great development opportunities, both personally and professionally.
