We are looking to fill this position in the team driving our digital marketing comprising of E-mail marketing/automation, SEO/SEM/Paid SoMe and our Web platform management. Maturing prospects through an automated e-mail-based dialogue is a central and growing part of our marketing activities. Our new Junior Email Marketing Specialist is a self-driven, enthusiastic colleague that will take ownership of the customer journeys and constantly strive to take them to the next level together with the team. Scope of duties: - Conducting day-to-day global email campaigns
- Cooperation and daily support for multiple stakeholders across the global organization (local markets, IT, Marketing Excellence team)
- Analyzing and reporting of e-mail campaigns effectiveness
- Segmentation and target group optimization
- Preparation of A/B testing
- Optimization of processes
- Business trips to headquarters in Denmark
Qualifications: - Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- A fast learner with a proactive attitude and a sense of details
- The ability to analyze data and propose optimizations
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms will be an asset (Pardot is nice to have)

Your team The Junior Marketing Email Specialist is part of the Polish/Danish Demand Creation team which again is part of Global Marketing in FOSS.
Based in FOSS’s Service Center (FSC) in the center of Warsaw you work closely together with the Marketing Automation Manager and report to the Head of Demand Creation located in Denmark.
