Customer Growth Specialist


Exciting opportunity for a Customer Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team at FOSS India. Full-time position based at FOSS India Headquarters in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue from various CCS products (Spare parts, consumables, Reagents & chemicals, Training, Ad Hoc service, Preventive Maintenance Agreement, calibration services, Foss software services, Digital Business, etc.), fostering customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

Perfect role for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within customer support, business development, or after-sales service revenue generation.

The Job, Department & Daily task
Join our team as a Customer Growth Specialist & your responsibility will include planning and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with the service team, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. Reporting to the Managing Director of FOSS India, you'll work closely with colleagues and interact daily with customers to ensure their needs are met.

What will make you fit in well
We imagine that you have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within customer support, business development, or after-sales service revenue generation
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field
  • Proficiency in handling quotations, follow-ups, payment follow-ups, etc
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of technical concepts relevant to FOSS India's products and services would be beneficial
  • A proactive attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business objectives
