Global Leadership & Talent Development Manager


Do you want to lead and manage our global leadership and talent development initiatives, supporting our mission to make more sustainable use of the world’s food resources? Then read on.

A key player in a strong team

As our new Leadership & Talent Development Manager, you will hold global responsibility for enhancing the capabilities of our leaders, project managers, and specialists, directly contributing to FOSS's strategic goals. Your role will be to lead these efforts from idea generation all the way to implementation, in close collaboration with your skilled and dedicated colleagues.

Reporting to the SVP of HR, you will be part of our global HR team, which includes HR employees in Denmark, Poland, Hungary, the US, and China. You will be based in the FOSS Innovation Center in Hillerød.

What can you expect?

FOSS offers a set of highly successful leadership and talent development programs. You will orchestrate and deliver these programs. Also, you will drive further enhancements and extensions.

At FOSS, we are committed to providing career opportunities and aim to fill at least 50% of vacant leadership positions with internal talents. You will play a crucial role in making this happen.

We are currently analyzing the competence development needs of project managers and specialists. Based on our findings, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing learning journeys for these groups.

Who are you?

We imagine that you are:

  • Experienced in managing and facilitating leadership and talent programs with up-to-date expertise and a hands-on, pragmatic approach
  • Having a background in a similar role, consulting, or as an HR Business Partner
  • Energized by adding business value and driven to get things moving
  • Skilled in building relationships across a global organization
  • Fluent in English; Danish proficiency is a plus
  • Holding a relevant master's degree
