FOSS is offering a fantastic opportunity for a creative and proactive individual to join our Corporate Communications team for a 1-year maternity cover. This is a great chance to gain hands-on experience from the inside of the CEO office, while supporting a global leader in food and agriculture technology.
The job
As a Communications Consultant, you will support the Corporate Communications department and CEO office with day-to-day tasks, focusing on the execution of our communication campaigns. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication across various channels - both internally and externally. This role is more operational than strategic, with a key focus on maintaining our digital presence and supporting corporate communication initiatives. We expect the employment to begin around July 1, 2025, and end 12 months later. Your primary responsibilities will include - Managing and maintaining social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
- Supporting the content management of internal systems like SharePoint, ContactMonkey, and WordPress
- Assisting with the creation of digital materials and presentations for internal and external use
- Helping with event coordination and photography at simpler internal events
- Monitoring and reporting on communication activities and results
About you
We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset who thrives with responsibility. You don't have to be tech-savvy, but an interest in digital communication tools, social media, and system management is a clear upside. A passion for communication and a keen eye for detail will be essential in supporting the smooth operation of our corporate communications. What we’re looking for: - A recently educated individual (degree in creative communication, journalism, digital design, or business communication) or someone chasing the first career opportunity in communication
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and ideally SharePoint, ContactMonkey, WordPress, or similar tools
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to tasks
- Communication skills in English and Danish
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
