Customer Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Manager to join our team at Foss Korea. This pivotal role will focus on managing our Service Agreement renewals and driving account growth as well as supporting our Sales and Service team in renewing customer contracts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer success, adept at building strong relationships and skilled in driving customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities - Manage Renewals: Own and Manage the end-to-end renewal process for a large percentage of customer base ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.
- Reduce Churn: Develop and Execute strategies to reduce churn and improve customer retention, working closely with the Inside Sales Manager to identify at risk accounts & implement proactive measures and improvements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their business needs, challenges and goals. Using this information to work with the Industry Sales Team and Service Team to give the best customer experience.
- Customer Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to internal teams to drive continuous product & service improvements.
- Solution Selling: Identify opportunities to expand and grow and expand existing accounts through solution selling to upsell & cross sell products and contracts.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Service & Admin to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any issues that may impact renewals.
About You - Experience: 2 ~ 5 years in B2B Customer Service Environment, Sales or Service experience also welcome.
- Customer Focus: Strong negotiation and relationship building skills, Ability to handle complex customer situations and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with SAP ERP and CRM Systems will be highly regarded but an ability to learn systems quickly will see you succeed.
- Self-Starter: Ability to be a self-motivated multi-tasker with a capacity to perform in a faced paced environment with little supervision.
- Team Player: Must be able to work collaboratively with in a team to support each other.
