Your new role in Field Service Hands-on service in dynamic industries. As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be on the front line of customer support, servicing and maintaining FOSS analytical instruments in South Australia. You’ll work with customers in food and agricultural industries, ensuring optimal performance of equipment used for quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installation, maintenance and repair of FOSS instruments at customer sites
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues both remotely and on-site
- Providing training and guidance to customers on instrument usage
- Documenting service activities and updating records in service systems
- Collaborating with local and international colleagues across functions

What we’re looking for Technically strong and customer-focused. You may currently be working as a service technician or engineer in a similar industry—or you may come from a laboratory or industrial automation background with a passion for problem-solving. Either way, you’re self-motivated, reliable, and love getting things working. We’re looking for: - Technical qualifications in electronics, mechatronics, biomedical engineering or similar
- Experience with installation, repair or calibration of analytical/laboratory/industrial equipment
- A proactive and professional approach to customer service
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to travel overseas for training
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Australia and New Zealand
