Supply Chain Planning Specialist

Play a crucial role in our Supply Chain Operations

Our Supply Chain Planning team is responsible for the S&OP process, planning in the Danish based production, supply chain inventory management, BI tools and are Business Product Owners of SAP ERP solutions.

In 2026 we are relocating all Danish production, warehouse, and distribution activities from Hillerød to Frederikssund. As part of this transition the production and logistical concepts will be redesigned to further a competitive operation, in surroundings that support the future growth of the company.

 

You will be responsible for vital parts of Supply Chain Operations

Your primary responsibility will be to drive the global inventory management process and as the business owner on selected systems and processes. To become successful in this role, you will: 

  • Responsible for global inventory management, including planning parameter updates, monthly tracking and reporting of stock development, deviation handling, and contributing to stock budgeting.
  • Hands-on support into the production planning activities as back-up, and drive process and system development.
  • Work in close collaboration with IT by representing business needs and system standards during production and supply chain optimizations.
  • Drive own improvement projects for example by applying AI solutions in implementing new IT tools, developing of operational KPIs and optimizing physical flows.\
  • Perform detailed analysis to identify and recommend improvement of business processes for supply chain and operations planning management.

 

Your journey will start from our office in Hillerød and later transition with the operation to Frederikssund in 2026. You will refer to the Supply Chain Planning Manager.

 

You are an experienced supply chain specialist with a hands-on approach. We imagine that you:  

  • Have an academic degree within Operations or Supply Chain Management/Digitalization/Analytics. E.g. Diplom/ Civilingeniør or Cand. Merc.
  • Have 1-3 years of experience, working with supply chain and/or operations management. Newly graduates will also be considered.
  • Have knowledge of building and maintaining BI reports as well as ERP knowledge - working with queries and data extraction from SAP - are considered an advantage.
  • SAP S/4 HANA, automation, and industry 4.0 experience is an advantage.

 

As a person, we will come to know you as self-motivated, with a curious can-do attitude. You prefer to be hands-on and take pride in having detailed knowledge of the solutions within your area or responsibility. You are structured and have an analytical mindset, driven by creating value through fact-based decision-making.
