We are now seeking a passionate and experienced New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager to lead the next wave of innovation within our Wine & Meat programs. This is your opportunity to drive the development of advanced, intuitive food analysis solutions that have real-world impact.

 

About the Role

As an NPD Project Manager in our R&D Wine & Meat Programs, you’ll take the lead on high-impact development projects - transforming ideas into next-generation solutions for global food analysis. Working from our state-of-the-art Innovation Center in Hillerød, Denmark, you will guide multidisciplinary teams through the entire NPD process, from concept to launch.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional development projects including hardware, software, digital integration, prototyping, certification, and production setup.
  • Translate customer needs into product specifications and deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Scope and plan projects with attention to milestones, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate agile collaboration between stakeholders across R&D, Marketing, Sales, Service, and global subsidiaries.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to production and support successful market implementation.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on - capable of uniting diverse stakeholders and navigating complex technical landscapes. You have a strong drive to create real customer value through innovation.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex product development projects
  • A technical or scientific background (e.g., MSc in Engineering or related field)
  • Strong business insight and the ability to balance technical depth with commercial understanding
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills
  • A natural ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and maintain momentum across teams
