Service Coordinator – FOSS Korea


Are you an experienced Service Coordinator ready to join a dynamic and fast-paced customer service team?

At FOSS Korea, we’re looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional support and enjoys working closely with both customers and technical teams. In this full-time role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries—ensuring smooth coordination and timely resolution. You’ll play a key role in maintaining service excellence and supporting continuous improvement across our operations.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing and prioritizing incoming service requests across multiple channels
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuously improving service quality
  • Scheduling and dispatching service work orders
  • Logging and tracking customer interactions to support follow-up and reporting

Are you the right fit?

We’re looking for someone with at least 3–4 years of experience in customer service or call center roles, ideally within tech or business services. You’re a strong communicator—empathetic, clear, and confident in both Korean and English.

The right candidates will also bring :

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce and SAP would be a plus)
  • A collaborative mindset and problem-solving approach
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
