We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our Product Engineering team within the Research and Development department. You will play a key role in supporting the lifecycle management of our products, ensuring that documentation, data, and change processes are handled efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with colleagues and collaborate with our Production, Service and Development departments. Our team culture is open, transparent, and built on helping each other when needed. As a Technical Assistant, you will be responsible for handling technical administrative tasks and documentation involved in improving and maintaining our existing product portfolio. - Preparing and supporting our engineering change management process.
- Maintaining BOMs and spare part manuals.
- Managing technical product data in SAP ERP.
- Handling and updating 2D & 3D documentation using Autodesk Inventor.
- Managing technical files, including edits, replacements, and version control.
- Coordinating tasks across multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Education as a technical designer or similar.
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor (PTC CREO is a plus).
- Confidence and experience working with SAP ERP and technical documentation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Systematic, detail-oriented, and well-structured.
