About the role An exciting opportunity to join a global leader in analytical solutions. Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Manager to join our team at Foss Pacific, located in Mulgrave, Victoria. This pivotal role will focus on managing our Service Agreement renewals and driving account growth as well as supporting our Sales and Service team in renewing customer contracts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer success, adept at building strong relationships and skilled in driving customer retention and growth. Your key responsibilities include: - Own and manage the end-to-end renewal process for a large percentage of customer base, ensuring timely and successful service contract renewals
- Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing accounts through solution-based selling, including upselling and cross-selling products and contracts
- Drive order conversion from offline sales to online sales, consistently meeting targeted objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their business needs, challenges and goals. Collaborate with sales service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to internal teams to drive continuous products & service improvements
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve queries efficiently

- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills, ability to handle complex customer queries and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with SAP ERP and Salesforce will be highly regarded.
