Support people who rely on our instruments to feed the world As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting FOSS North America’s service contract operations. You’ll work within the Customer Care team, which ensures our food and agriculture clients receive reliable, proactive support for their instrument service needs. Your daily tasks will include: - Creating and managing PMA and Digital quotes in the CRM system, then sending them to customers with accuracy and timeliness.
- Explaining plan benefits to customers to drive new sales and upgrade opportunities.
- Responding to inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and product knowledge.
- Following up proactively to secure purchase orders and close renewal quotes.

What we need from you: Professional Competencies: - Previous experience in B2B sales or customer service

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Solid negotiation and project management abilities
- Effective multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
