To support this exciting journey, we are looking for a Group Controller to join our Group Control team within the Finance function. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping financial strategy and ensuring robust control processes that enable FOSS to deliver on purpose. About the job As a Group Controller, you will be an integral part of our Group Control team, working alongside four dedicated colleagues. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth ambitions of the business by creating standardized financial processes in a global setting and a high level of financial insight by developing and aligning the transactional accounting, controlling, statutory and tax reporting processes. The team is responsible for consolidation of reporting entities, maintaining the control framework, regional control of sales entities, transfer pricing, and overall accounting policies. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and help drive continuous improvements in processes and controls. You will work closely with the Head of Group Control and collaborate with international teams to support FOSS’s global operations. Your main responsibilities will include: - Supporting internal control processes across the globe, partnering with local teams and safeguarding compliance with group accounting standards and policies
- Supporting monthly financial group reporting and consolidation processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across all entities
- Key contributor of implementing our new consolidation system across the globe
- Assisting with the preparation of the group annual report, including reconciliations and coordination with external auditors
- Contributing to tax and transfer pricing documentation
- Ensuring compliance with Danish GAAP (ÅRL) and international accounting standards (local GAAP, IFRS)
- Helping develop and maintain robust internal controls and participating in process improvement initiatives

Qualifications We are looking for a finance professional with international experience, preferably in group-level consolidation - Audit or Group Financial Controller experience (Prior experience from Big Four audit is an advantage, but not a requirement)
- Advanced MS Office skills: SAP and OneStream knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with internal control frameworks and compliance requirements
- Skilled in process design and improvement
- Knowledge of international tax, transfer pricing, and Danish GAAP (ÅRL)
- Ability to manage complex tasks under pressure without a continuous focus on the details
- Degree in Finance (Bachelor’s or HD)
- Excellent communication skills in English; Danish proficiency is an advantage
