Do you thrive on creating sharp plans and keeping a cool head when circumstances change? Do you enjoy ensuring smooth daily operations while also finding smarter ways to work by automating your own tasks? Then you could be our new Production Planner in the Supply Chain Planning team at FOSS. In 2026, FOSS will relocate all Danish production, warehouse, and distribution activities from Hillerød to Frederikssund. As part of this transition, our production and logistical concepts will be redesigned to strengthen competitiveness and support the future growth of the company. This is a unique opportunity to join us at a pivotal moment and play a key role in shaping the future of our operations. Your Role As part of our Supply Chain Planning team, you will ensure that production runs smoothly while continuously improving the planning function. - Translating forecasts into actionable production plans and making planning decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Systematic problem solving on deviations in delivery performance and other KPIs.

- Drive process improvements and collaboration with IT when larger system changes are needed.
What You Bring We imagine you as someone who first and foremost thrives with planning and providing a high level of service towards our internal customers, as well as curious and proactive about digital tools. You are service minded, structured, thorough, and solution-oriented, with the ability to keep an overview in a busy environment. You communicate well across diverse stakeholders and are motivated by optimization and continuous improvement. Qualifications include: - Academic degree within Operations or Supply Chain Management/Digitalization/Analytics (e.g. Diplom/Civilingeniør or Cand.Merc.).
- 1–3 years of experience in production planning and/or supply chain management (new graduates will also be considered).
- Fluent in English and Danish.
- ERP experience (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
- Experience with Excel and BI reporting or lightweight automation tools is a plus.
- Lean experience is a plus.
