The job For our sales and service subsidiary in North America, we are seeking a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Clerk to support our growing warehouse operations. Foss North America employs around 100 employees with revenue of more than 75 million USD. Our office is in Eden Prairie, MN. Primary tasks: - Process daily incoming RMAs, including inspection, documentation, and system updates
- Receive returned instruments and parts in SAP and route them to proper teams (service, quality, or inventory)
- Coordinate outbound shipments for repaired, replaced, or exchanged items
- Create shipping labels through third-party carrier systems
- Maintain accurate RMA records, including reason codes, serial numbers, and test results
- Communicate with internal teams regarding return statuses and required follow-up actions
- Organize and stage RMA inventory, ensuring segregation of good stock, defective units, and returns
- Support warehouse operations as needed, including basic picking, packing, and inventory tasks
- Assist with daily warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Additional tasks as required or assigned
The ideal profile Qualifications: - A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse, logistics, or returns-processing role
- Experience with SAP (especially return, goods movement, and inventory transactions)
- Experience with FedEx and UPS shipping systems
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with internal customer service supporting Sales, Service, or technical teams
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and follow structured processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple returns under tight timelines
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
