Join a supportive and professional finance environment As our new Bookkeeping Assistant, you will play a key role in our daily accounting operations and help ensure that our financial processes run smoothly and compliantly. You will work closely with experienced colleagues in finance and interact with stakeholders across the organization. Your main responsibilities will include: - Accounts payable (AP)
- Accounts receivable (AR)
- Intercompany invoicing and reconciliations
- Investment accounting
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting ad hoc tasks and process improvements within finance

In finance, we support the business by delivering reliable data, strong financial control, and efficient workflows – always in close cooperation with colleagues across the organization. Your professional and personal profile We are looking for a structured and reliable finance professional who takes responsibility and pride in delivering high-quality work. You have 3–5 years of experience from a bookkeeping or accounting role, ideally from a larger international organization, and a solid understanding of core accounting principles. This includes hands-on experience with accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, and Danish VAT. You are comfortable working with Excel and approach your tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience from a production company and familiarity with SAP are considered advantages, but not requirements. On a personal level, you are organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. You have a service-minded and proactive approach to your work and are comfortable handling routine tasks while meeting deadlines. You are motivated to develop professionally within the finance function and have a strong compliance mindset, with a clear focus on documentation quality and risk mitigation. A relevant educational background in finance, accounting, or business economics is preferred; however, relevant practical experience may compensate for formal education.
