We are looking for an experienced Event & Webinar Manager to join our Marketing Execution team to take ownership of our global event -and webinar activities and help bring our brand, solutions, and expertise to life through impactful events and digital experiences. Your role and daily life in Global Marketing As our Event & Webinar Manager, you will be responsible for strategy, planning, budgeting, coordinating, and executing a wide range of global and internal events and webinars that support our commercial goals. You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, and product teams as well as external vendors to ensure high-quality execution and strong participant experience. Further, this role is responsible for the merchandise shop strategy and management. You will have the following key responsibilities: - Develop our future event and webinar strategy
- Plan, coordinate, and execute global and internal events and webinars from concept to execution
- Drive communication and campaigns around events and webinars according to strategy
- Manage timelines, event budgets and vendor relationship
- Set up, coordinate and manage webinars, including speaker coordination, training, rehearsals, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content, messaging, and objectives
- Evaluate performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- You will be responsible for the FOSS merchandise shop
- You should expect travelling days in relation to global events as well as being flexible for webinar execution in different time zones

- At least 3-4 years of experience with event management, preferably in a B2B and/or international environment
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing third-party vendor relationships and negotiations
- Preferable experience with webinar platforms and event tools
- Familiar with digital marketing tools
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a hands-on mindset
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
