We are looking for an algorithmic software developer to further strengthen our team. Join us in developing innovative solutions for FOSS’ customers and finding smarter ways to make the best use of food and agricultural resources. What you will do You will be a part of a team developing and implementing algorithms as software components for FOSS’ analytical solutions, and you will work in close collaboration across the organization. Your key responsibilities will be: - Software development and implementation of algorithmic solutions to run on constrained embedded platforms or cloud infrastructure.
- Delivering code for operations and instrument software.
- Develop well defined libraries.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of algorithms and data management.
- Ensure implemented solutions offer performance and stability.
- Supporting legacy solutions.
Your daily work will be in the R&D Machine Learning team at the FOSS Innovation Center in Hillerød, Denmark. Professional and personal competences You have an analytical mindset and a methodical approach to software development, as well as the ability to bring a positive attitude into the development team. You have a knack for flagging problem areas in a positive and constructive manner. Qualifications: - Master’s degree in software development or similar
- Experience in software development and algorithmic implementation
- Experience with C++/C#
- Positive approach to embracing AI tools for efficiency
Nice-to-have qualifications: - Familiarity with Python, MATLAB, or similar data science tools and practices.
- Experience with deployment and optimization on embedded targets
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD.
