The job We are looking for a Production Quality Engineer/Technician, Supply Chain in Production Quality Support (PQS). Reporting to the Manager of Production Quality Support, Equipment & IQC, you will be part of a strong team of highly skilled and very engaged colleagues. As our new Production Quality Engineer/Technician, you will play an essential role in ensuring the high quality of our analytical solutions for the food industry. You will be the key to ensure swift handling of production challenges in many shapes and sizes, and in close corporation with production technicians, New Product Introduction (NPI), R&D product developers, QA and test developers amongst others. Key responsibilities include: - Problem solving and optimization is our primary focus.
- In PQS we take full ownership of systematic technical problem solving, supporting our Danish production set-up to deliver high quality products.
- No days will feel the same, and you will be working with a range of stakeholders, technical challenges and technologies, as well as supporting our production in optimizing product workflow and setting higher standards.
- We are engaged in both production-/logistic equipment, fixtures, tools and the core instrument builds.
Qualifications We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude that is committed to facilitating systematic problem solving using LEAN principles, as well as planning and facilitating structured trials as part of problem solving. Further, we expect you to bring: - We envision that you are an Industrial technician/fabricator, Machine/equipment builder, Tool maker, or the likes.
- Mechanical knowledge within precision parts and assembly incl. systematic troubleshooting.
- Knowledge within production equipment incl. optimizing, maintenance, systematic troubleshooting and assisting repairs. Further, we expect tool proficiency in terms of usage and instruction.
- Knowledge within CAD modelling / programming
- Have a good knowledge about LEAN tools/principles or ready to learn
- We are using SAP, Inventor/Solidworks and MS 365 as main IT-tools, so it will be an advantage to be experienced with these.
- Knowledge within high-tech instruments in a high mix/low volume production is an advantage.
- You speak and write Danish and English
