Salesforce Administrator We are looking for Salesforce Administrator who will be working in our team on Salesforce Implementation at FOSS Service Center in Warsaw. What will you do? - Be part of team delivering the most complex, the biggest and innovative applications based on top cloud solutions
- Providing first-line IT support to users
- Manage Salesforce users and security, including user creation, profiles, permission sets, roles, and access controls
- Configuring the system using declarative tools and delivering business-requested enhancements and requirements.
- Support testing and release activities, including user acceptance testing
- Providing analytical support to IT and business teams.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for implemented solutions.
What we hope to see you bring We believe strong results are created by how you work as much as what you know. The competencies below describe the professional skills and personal behaviors that matter in this role. - At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce technology
- Knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud is prerequisite, other preferable products: CPQ, Field Service Lightning, Communities
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration and administration, including user and access management, sharing model, automation (Flows), UI customization, and reporting.
- Knowledge Data Loader for insert, update and bulk import or export of data
- Experience in deployment and using deployment tools (nice to have)
- Very good command of English with strong communication skills
- Salesforce Administrator certification, Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is an additional advantage
