We are looking for a Student Help to work with Employment and Labor law

We are adding extra resources to our HR department and we are therefore looking for a student helper who is interested in gaining practical experience within the field of Employment and Labor law.

About the job

You will be part of the Global HR and Sustainability team, which is composed of 12 ambitious members who are responsible for Development, Operations and Recruitment for our 1500 employees worldwide.

We are based in Denmark and Poland, and your work location will be Hillerød, Denmark, where our Innovation Center is located.

We value strong teamwork, and in this role, you will work in close cooperation with highly skilled colleagues from our HR department. You will get practical experience with different HR tasks and cases, while assisting in the legal processes, including recruitment.

 

Primary tasks

You will be assisting our HR legal advisor with (legal) tasks such as drafting contracts, agreements, and regulatory cases, both locally and internationally. You will also be in contact with Danish authorities and assist on specific legal cases.

On a typical day, you will be involved in a broad range of topics, from operational tasks such as contract drafting, work permits, to more specific tasks such as researching specific legal topics. You may occasionally be working with other HR related topics. 

 

About you

The nature of your job calls for an outgoing personality with a high degree of independence and quality assurance of own work. At the same time your alignment and cooperation with the rest of the team is essential.

We imagine you are on your second to fourth year of a relevant Bachelor’s Degree, such as stud.jur. or stud.cand.merc.jur.and have a strong interest for employment and labor law. You are analytically strong and you possess good administrative skills, you are eager to take the initiative and  talented when it comes to communicating.

We expect you to be able to communicate in English with our colleagues in Poland and other places outside Denmark, as well as being able to communicate with Danish managers reaching out to you. You thus have excellent oral and written skills in both Danish and English.

You take responsibility for your own assignments, and most of all, you are curious and eager to learn!
