Biotechnologist in Production, Hungary

Join Soft Flow as a Biotechnologist in Production – and support the process of creating world-class solutions for the agricultural industry and thus support sustainable use of our planet's agricultural resources.

The job and primary tasks

  • Perform bioconjugation reaction for immunoassay production: protein-small molecule (etc. dye) and protein-solid phase coupling based on protocols
  • Production of food safety analytical kits, multiplex assay reagents
  • Participation in continuous process optimization by reviewing current processes and proposes changes for productivity and quality improvement
  • Registry and follow-up of the inventory of chemicals and tools needed to carry out laboratory work
  • Work according to ISO-9001:2015 standards
  • Effective collaboration with research staff

Qualification and Experience

  • University degree (BSc/MSc) in chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, biochemical engineering or related fields
  • 1-3 years’ laboratory experience
  • Fluent in Hungarian and basic communication skills in English (written and verbal)

  • Willingness and ability to collaborate with influencing other individuals and groups in a positive, team-based environment
  • Ability to work independently where necessary
  • Attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency and can be impartial and objective, keeping deadlines
